Same conditions: Don't think those are clinical terms. When you are depressed and broke, it may be difficult to pay for treatment. You might not be able to afford respite. You may go with generic meds to save money. Depression for wealthy people is every bit as severe as for the poor - but they may be better able to afford the optimal care they need.
