Is it normal for a female to have hair on chest and nipples also i have a lot of little white bumps on my nipple sometimes they have pus stuff in them?

That depends: Small bumps on areola may be montgomery glands. White material can sometimes be expressed from them. A woman may have some hairs around areola. If excessive would have your doctor evaluate you.
