See Endocrine: Likely is normal if you are having normal periods, but you may have a hormone imbalance. An endocrinologist can do tests to check that out.

That depends: Small bumps on areola may be montgomery glands. White material can sometimes be expressed from them. A woman may have some hairs around areola. If excessive would have your doctor evaluate you.
