A member asked:

I have pcos , i'm having extreme cramps and bladder pressure. why is that ? i can't stand the pain but i don't want to go to the e.r

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Women with pcos may have ovarian cysts. Depending on where you are in your cycle you can have ovulation occur and a ruptured cyst can cause that type of pain. Please don't ignore the pain if it is severe. Seek medical attention immediately. You can have a ruptured cyst, ectopic pregnancy if you are pregnant, infection, and a host of other conditions that can give you extreme cramping pain.
