ASRM guidelines: Two embryos has a slightly higher overall chance of IVF success, but also around a 25-30% chance of twins. Single embryo transfer is a bit lower chance of success but with (essentially) zero twin risk. This is a discussion you absolutely need to have with your IVF doctor. Good wishes.
