Broken Toes: Nope. Usually there is nothing done for broken toes. Some doctors tape the to another toe for added support. This all changes if there is a break in the skin and the toe bones are displaced or crushed.

Depends: On the location and type of break. If it is intraarticular or comminuted or displaced, a cast may be utilized to best stabilize the bone to maximize healing potential.
