What cause shoulder pain in patient on peritoneal dialysis with turbid color fluid and peritoneal pain?

Shoulder pain: This is usually due to some air that has got in and is irritating the diaphragm.

Peritonitis: You seem to have peritonitis (infection of the peritoneum) which causes abdominal pain and turbid PD fluid and need antibiotics immediately! Shoulder pain might be a "referred pain" due to irritation of the peritoneum in your abdomen.

Pain on PD: This question is clearer - turbid fluid indicates infection. Infection will cause these symptoms. Call your doctor and PD nurse.
