Peritonitis: You seem to have peritonitis (infection of the peritoneum) which causes abdominal pain and turbid PD fluid and need antibiotics immediately! Shoulder pain might be a "referred pain" due to irritation of the peritoneum in your abdomen.

Pain on PD: This question is clearer - turbid fluid indicates infection. Infection will cause these symptoms. Call your doctor and PD nurse.
