Possible: Unlikely that the two would be associated, as very different pathological processes, but ms lesions in the basal ganglia, or even cerebellum could mimic the signs of parkinson's perhaps. I have never had a pt who possesses both disorders at one time.

Possible- unrelated?: You could have both, especially if the MS caused the symptoms of Parkinsons by affecting the substanttia nigra. Generally though, these are different, unrelated illnesses, that can affect the same part of the body.
