A member asked:

I love eating fish. would have it once a day if possible. do i have to worry about mercury? 33 yr old female, not pregnant. how much is too much fish?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends on the fish: Certain fish have higher mercury concentrations than others and intake should be limited to twice a week. Other fish such as salmon can be eaten more often.
