How much?: Did he take a whole fish oil capsule or just swallow some liquid- I don't think that should be a problem Same for the wheat germ- I would feed him normally and if he has vomiting, diarrhea or does not poop in the next 24 hours to take him to your local doctor. I would not worry about mercury
