Hold on now, oral: Hpv, it's incidence, rate of disease among those exposed, clearance rate, are not as well delineated as in the reproductive tract. It is linked with esophageal cancer, which is uncommon, and perhaps other oral and throat cancers, all of which are not that common. It's unlikely these are caused by casual interaction. You are at least 1000x more likely to suffer from smoking. Relax on oral hpv.

Yes it can: and I would strongly suggest talking to your doctor or health care professional about getting the HPV vaccine. If you have been vaccinated, it works against the main strains responsible for causing serious illness and should protect you. If you are vaccinated shortly after the exposure, you should also have reasonable protection. Talk to your doctor.
