Rarely: Behçet’s disease is likely a vasculitis problem that results in ulcers, typically in or around mucous membranes (like the mouth). Prognosis has greatly improved in the last decade or two with more severe disease in those with eye symptoms and most severe in those with central nervous system symptoms.
