All medications: Have expiration dates printed on container. It also depends on storage conditions.

Check pharmacy label: Usually printed. Sealed containers from drug companies all have expiratory dates printed or stamped. Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) invariable has shelf life of at least a year, and likely is perfectly good for at least couple of years & does not require refrigeration.
