Yellow phlegm with blood in it i had in early in the morning, do i have respiratory infection? i only feel constantly have to clear my throat especially when i wake up. i dont have cough or fever, a bit of sore throat do i need antibiotics?

Test for Flu and COVID 19 infection. Keep well hydrated, monitor temperature and breathing. Most likely you have a lung infection or nasal drainage and post nasal drip. Rinse nasal passages with saline, and watch for signs of shortness of breath and fever.
