Such exposures are zero risk for HIV; your symptoms are not typical for an HIV infection; and they started too late. (HIV symptoms do not begin more than 2 weeks after exposure.) Since you're worried, have an HIV test. Assuming no other (truly risky) exposures, you can expect a negative result.
