I have a small raised freckle on my leg right on my shin, no changes. i pressed down on it, not hard at all and it hurt to press on it and around it. no prior injury. now there is a small bruise around it? & still hurts. why did it bruise so easily?

I hit my shin hard resulted in a small gash and huge bruise. Day 7 hurts only if touched(pain 10+ for 3 mins), still small lump, skin numb, walk fine.
