The child likely has a fever and you need to take her temperature. Then, you should call your pediatrician. You will need to give the toddler some fever-reducing medicine and this will likely allow the child to be less drowsy. If the drowsiness continues, the child should be seen by a doctor. Good luck!

Please see your Pediatrician. Keep him well hydrated and treat fever higher than 101. Screen for COVID with a home kit. Discuss whether a flu screening is recommended. Monitor temperature and breathing. Watch for difficulty breathing., prolonged cough and vomiting.
