Yeast infection is a good bet, can be difficult to diagnose, and is far more common than allergic vaginitis. Blood in urine might be a separate problem. Glucose in urine usually means diabetes regardless of A1c. Keep working with your doctor and ask about trying anti-yeast treatment. Good luck.
