Zero risk. People are immune to new infections anywhere on the body with the HSV type they already have. Nobody with oral herpes (cold sores) ever gets genital herpes as a result -- never. Your oral herpes probably is never going to be a health problem for you or anyone else. Just avoid kissing or performing oral sex when you have a cold sore. That's all.
