No worries. Oral sex is near zero risk for HIV and there have been no proved cases of women acquiring HIV through cunnilingus. One estimate (from CDC) is one chance in 20,000 if the oral partner has HIV -- equivalent to daily cunnilingus with HIV infected partners for 55 years before infection might be likely. An HIV test is optional. If you do it, have an AgAb (4th gen) blood test after 6 weeks.
