I had a uti so i was put on cephalexin 500mg tid, in which caused me to get a yeast infection. the day before i finished the antibiotic i took 150mg of fluconazole. and then today i used the monistat 1 vaginal suppository. is that okay?

You can do that although one dose of fluconazole alone should be effective for the yeast vaginitis. Take care.
