I have a dull/achey testicular pain in my right testicle. it last a most 5 minutes and is occasional. i have no problems so far walking or sleeping. i have had this annoying pain the last couple of days. is it torsion? no noticeable swelling/discolor?

No, testicular torsion or epididymitis does not present that way. If symptoms persist or recur, you should wear an athletic support brief. Good luck.

Torsion causes sudden severe pain followed by swelling- it is not that. There are many benign things which can cause this. Try wearing a good support underwear and if not better in a few weeks pl see a Urologist. Good luck
