It depends on the kind of test and the care of urine specimen collection. If you have a yeast infection (perhaps triggered by antibiotic treatment of a UTI) and there's a bit of vaginal fluid in the urine, a dipstick might test positive for white blood cells (leukocyte esterase). This should not be positive on a carefully collected midstream clean-catch urine specimen.

Yes it is. If your symptoms are gone then and the test got contaminated during collection - by your vaginal contamination
