Swallowing a fish bone c an result in a bowel perforation, and abdominal pain. Best see a gastroenterologist for a possible endoscopic ultrasonography ,and a computed tomography, if the bone doesn't pass and pain continues/.

As fish bones can cause perforation of GI track, although not common, if you are having symptoms seekER evaluation.
