Yes, this might cause serious problems one day. In particular, if somehow forced beyond the head of your penis, it might not be able to return easily and could cut off blood flow. Perhaps nothing need be done, but you definitely should see a urologist for evaluation to check out the risks. Good luck.

1 If you have no problem in the area including with urinating or sex then nothing needs to be done. majority of people in the world are uncircumcised. If you want to to be able to retract then you can pull it back gently as far back as you can without discomfort then pull it forward again and .Try that and in a few weeks it might become supple and retractable. Other choice- circumcision. Good luck
