Here's the...: The long and the short of it... baby boys come complete with foreskins. Some are longer, some shorter, but that doesn't matter. As long the foreskin slides back and forth over the head of the penis by the time a boy is a teen, there should be no problem. Having a naturally shorter foreskin is fine as long as the pee hole is in the middle of the glans, and the urine stream is normal.
