Alt level is 58 and b12 level is 1535. they were 57 and 1350 about 2 months ago. i feel fine, other than gaining a bit of weight recently.. should i be worried?

Persistently elevated ALT is somewhat concern if you are not taking any medication. If you are overweight (BMI above 25) or obese (BMI above 30) and you are not taking a statin then liver ultrasound should be done for ruling out fatty liver. Good luck.
