Contrary to common beliefs, online information and even some doctors' advice, herpes does not cause ongoing nerve pain. Genital or oral herpes can cause nerve symptoms like tingling or numbness near a skin outbreak, but herpes is not a likely cause of neuropathy (nerve pain) in hands and feet. Common causes include diabetes, alcohol, and nutrition problems. See a neurologist. Good luck.

Herpes affects genital and oral areas . The cause of your palm and feet pain needs investigation by a neurologist and not related to Herpes. Good luck
