Probably not: Single blisters are usually traumatic. Herpes are usually in bunches.

Genital herpes: Presence of genital lesions is not required to be diagnosed with herpes. You may have never had a visible or felt outbreak and yet you may harbor the virus. It may, however, reactivate and cause an outbreak that you might be aware of.
