Had unprotected sex (gave oral only) 9 months ago. had a professional swab my gums (oraquick test) in a clinic 8 and 9 months post exposure. both negative. i have no symptoms as well. just anxious. is this conclusive?

First, you had a very low risk exposure: CDC estimates the risk of penile to oral HIV transmission at one chance in 10,000 if the male has HIV. That's equivalent to giving BJs to infected men every day for 27 years before infection might be expected. However, the oral fluids test is never truly conclusive: it misses up to 5% of HIV infections no matter when it is done.
