I have a deep innie bellybutton. whats the best way to clean it? ive had infections before and i dont want to go through that again. google says to use a cotton swap and use rubbing alcohol and warm water, is that accurate?

There are many ways to clean the site. The irregular surfaces are difficult to clean with simple washcloths that can't reach the deep folds inside. A cotton swab/Q-tip/ear bud or whatever you call it can be coated with any soap and used to scrub the site. Alcohol can be used but can be very drying. You will note a grayish material on the used swab which can represent both dirt or dead skin cells.
