I get anxious regularly. about nothing and everything. it affects my appetite and thinking ability. it affects my relationships too. why is this happening and what do i do? please help?

Don't try to fight through chronic anxiety without professional help as, in time,physical symptoms will develop. Seek help from a mental health professional such as a psychologist who works with a psychiatrist ( in case medication may be prescribed for a short time). Stress management therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy are quite effective and I'm sure will help you.
