There is no risk to the person with the infection. There is little or no risk to others if the jacuzzi sanitizing system has been properly managed (chlorine, bromine or a silver ion device). Still, it's best to stay out of shared pools, spas and jacuzzis when there is any obvious skin infection or draining wound: better safe than sorry.
