What happens if you get elidel on the healthy surrounding skin? does it damage it? i have a small area of hypo it was prescribed for but i am having trouble only getting it on the spot?

Higher potency steroids can thin the target skin problem and any surrounding areas it comes in contact. Thinner skin can be easier to injure with minor trauma.The effect would be gradual and if noted can resolve simply by stopping the application at the site.
