If you have intact skin, this would protect you from getting any infection from the toilet. If there is a time when your buttocks or peri-area does not have intact skin, washing the open area with soap and water immediately after using the toilet or keeping it covered would protect you from infection. Washing your hands with soap and water following the toilet use should always be done. Good luck!

Bring a plastic cup with you into bathroom and your own tissues or toilet paper. Now no concerns of diseases. File complaint with management or health dept. If no resolution you may have to find a new job that has good sanitation for peace of mind.
