Feel my stomach grumbles like a gnawing sensation even after i eat. doesn't feel painful but feels uncomfortable like i didn't eat at all. is this an odd symptom? an ulcer symptom?

This could be the symptom of an ulcer and you should be evaluated by GI to find out what is causing this symptom. You mean need to have an upper endoscopy to find out what is causing this. So, see a GI doctor. Good luck!!
