I have been taking oral steroids for almost 6 months, and my hair is starting to fall out. i will need to continue the steroids for awhile. do you have any recommendations on hair shampoo or vitamins to help with the hair loss?

Are you sure that you have lost hair because of steroid use? Most of the time, people lose their hairs 2-3 months after an acute sickness (telogen effluvium) and that could be the case. Iron and biotin supplement with good protein intake may be helpful. Good luck.
