Yes, you do: Start by seeing the family doctor to rule out any physical cause for your depression. Your family doctor can refer you to a psychiatrist for a full psychiatric evaluation and to a psychologist for psychotherapy. Please don't postpone this too long. The longer you wait the harder depression can be to treat. Best wishes.

Consider working w: a dermatologist or a hair loss specialist. There are other causes besides vitamin deficiency and thyroid abnormalities that can contribute to hair loss.
