Get tb bood assay: Have a TB blood assay performed---these are more accurate for screening for TB compared to PPD especially when on is on immunosuppressants like prednisone.

Zero: Lupus does not cause falsely positive ppds. If the PPD is positive, have a quantiferon gold test for tb. This is more accurate.
