I suggest observation for now and pay attention to the relationship between the symptoms and other facts such as occurring more during stress, activity, at rest or during sleep, etc. You should see a neurologist if symptoms persists or get worse. Your episodic bruxism is not due to your migraines or prior amitriptyline. See a dentist and get your jaw (TMJ) function evaluated. A nocturnal dental splint may be of value. I am skeptical of an ongoing neurological condition.
