I noticed only my left testicles is moving when i take deep breaths. it moves up then back down while the right stays still. the right one is also lower. no other symptoms. what could be the reason for this?

This is the cremaster reflex. The cremaster muscle elevates the testicle in the scrotum. The reflex often is more prominent on one side than the other. Nothing is wrong.

There is no precise scientific reason. Testicles are highly mobile, in some people more so. Best is to wear a good support underwear. good luck.

When feeling left testicle, the top of the epididymis (epididymis head) moves around as if it is not attached to the testicle. No pain unless Im touching/moving it and the epididymis feels more prominent than the other one. Paranoid or is it normal?
