Have your Hgb & Hct decreased from rather recent levels? There's no evidence of iron or vit B12 deficiency. Mild hemolysis hasn't been ruled out with a normal reticulocyte count. Anemia secondary to chronic inflammation, multiple myeloma are other possibilities. A consultation with a hematologist is advisable. Discuss with your physician.
