Not normal: Especially at your age, but regardless, saturated oxygen blood,levels below mid to high 90s is not normal. See a pulmonary specialist for accurate diagnosis and management of this problem, and determine if your condition is being made worse by breathing air which is contaminated (smoke, allergens, molds, irritants), and if you will benefit from supplemental oxygen.
