Specializes in Internal Medicine

You can see a physician who specializes in obesity to see what medications can be offered to treat your obesity. A dietician can help with diet and you can be evaluated to see if physical therapy would be an option. There are definitely non-surgical options for treatment so see an obesity doctor. Good luck!
