Angina? can angina pain be mild, localized and only occur at rest lasting a just few seconds?

None of the mentioned pain characteristics would be typical for angina. However, pain remains a subjective ailment and given the life threatening potential of coronary artery disease, cardiac work up is still done and may sometimes reveal significant silent coronary artery disease.
