This is a public information site where volunteer docs in the US answer health questions from around the world. We do not offer scripts/notes or other direct patient care. You need to go to a dentist or urgent care before you end up hospitalized or worse.

You have an infection that will only get worse if you don't get it treated. You need to be placed on antibiotics immediately by going to a dentist or hospital dental clinic. A walk in clinic is also good but you must still see a dentist after the swelling subsides if you want to save the tooth.

You have a virulent infection that requires immediate care. This is an education site, not a treatment site. You need antibiotics to control the infection spread and the swelling. Then depending on the severity of the tooth destruction you will probably need root canal/crown or extraction/implant/crown. Please seek immediate care from a Dentist. Your problem needs hands-on care.

You'll need to see a local dentist ASAP. We cannot treat your issues over the internet.
