Like many young persons these days -- maybe mostly from areas with minimal or biased sex education -- you might assume conception is like an infection, that very few sperm can cause pregnancy. It takes much more semen to conceive. For example, a male who has a million sperm in his semen is infertile, even if he ejaculates in the vagina when she ovulates.

Pregnancy is not possible in above circumstances. Contraception remains otherwise key in avoiding undesired pregnancy and associated anxiety, specifically when intercourse becomes possible.
