Based on how people believe they caught HIV (which is often mistaken), CDC has calculated a risk of 1 chance in 10,000 or getting HIV by performing oral sex (fellatio) on an infected male. That's equivalent to giving BJs to infected men once daily for 27 years before virus transmission might be likely. However, since you don't know your partner's HIV status, you should both be tested.
