I have had quick waves of vertigo, sinus pressure, pain in my temples and nausea for 4 days. today i've had 4 bouts of diarrhea.the vertigo happens when laying down or turning onto my left side, after standing from bending over. menieres or infection?

You need to see a doctor for a physical exam and perhaps testing to figure out if you have an infection or not. Your symptoms could be the result of an ear or sinus infection and this needs to be ruled out and treated, if present. In order to diagnose an ear or sinus infection, you need to be examined. Although not feasible to be exact, your description suggests an inner ear otolithic problem in the left ear, and suggest a visit to an otolaryngologist. Your current symptoms do NOT suggest Meniere's, but a localized infection could be a possibility.
