Bppv: Benign positional vertigo. Try sitting up on your bed. Lie backward with the head turned slightly to the right. Do you get dizzy briefly. If so, then tool all the way to the left on your side. Gently tool after about a min to your back. Wait. Then rool to the right. Wait till the dizziness stops. Then sit straight up and lean forward. You will get very dizzy. Be careful do not fall. Repeat in 5 d.
