A member asked:

After 90 day s , does it matter if u take an hiv combo test or an antibody only ? is antibody only test not supposed to be as accurate as an hiv 4th gen combo test ? how common is hiv positive but seronegative (no detectable antibodies ) after years?

After 90 days, negative AgAb ("combo") and antibody-only tests both are 100% conclusive. With the modern HIV tests, there is no such thing as false negative antibody tests no matter how long HIV has been present.
